FEMM (1990) is a Dutch designer known for her vibrant, bold, and contemporary imagery that elevates any space. FEMM has always been naturally fascinated by the beauty and power of color. Each of her striking pieces radiates intense energy.
During her work as a multidisciplinary stylist, she discovered her sense of composition and color. Her work led to the unexpected creation of set designs and aesthetic visuals. Using leftover materials from photoshoots, she began her own visual exploration, which has now evolved into various series using different materials.
In 2023, after a three-month journey through South America, she focused on learning about meditation and the functioning of our brains. Her sense of balance and positivity brings renewed clarity to her designs. According to FEMM, her works reflect her inner self, infused with positive energy and vibrant color combinations.
Each design is also a unique reflection of FEMM’s love for her surroundings. Whether it’s the lively energy of a city, the verticality of architecture, or the enchanting hues of sunrises and sunsets she absorbs during her travels. With color tones such as warm yellow, peach, striking light blue, and lively mint green, she hopes to add a touch of optimism to the world as a whole—and to your world in particular.
