Giuseppe Fortunato was born in Notaresco (Teramo) on 5 November 1956.
His artistic experience begun at a very young age: he did international exhibitions when he was only 26 years old.

Throughout the 1990s, the artist opened up to multidisciplinary, deepening his pictorial discourse with sculpture, performances, installations, digital art and video art.
Between the late 1990s and the mid-2000s he devoted himself to the use of digital art.
At the same time he started with the series known as ‘Colate’ since 2006.
