Nico Molenkamp, also known as Nicolaas Ferdinand Molenkamp, was a Dutch artist best known for his paintings and drawings. He was born in 1920 in Enschede the Netherlands and passed away in 1998 in Tilburg.

He was a painter and drawer. he was educated at the precursor of th Tilburgse Art Academy of Visual Arts. Afterwards he attended the National Higher Institute of Visual Arts Antwerp from 1949 till 1953.
He mostly painted abstract animals and human figures and was inspired by the circus, theatre and fun fair. He often uses striking, tonal color combinations, that at times have a sculptural appearance.
