Nic Jonk was a Dutch Postwar & Contemporary sculptor who was born in 1928. He was most well known for his voluptuous sculptures of mythological creatures, women and animals. He too was a graphic designer, painter and jewellery designer. Their work was featured in an exhibition at the Kasteel van Nijenhuis.

Since 1999 the record price for this artist at auction is $29,190 USD for Moeder en Kind, sold at Sotheby's Amsterdam in 2008. The artist died in 1994.
