Her work encourages viewers to consider the relationship between nature and the painting medium, by means of themes, materials or textures. Kamila’s practice is founded on the curiosity in the surroundings. At times, gathering a range of objects, primarily from nature, such as stones, seeds, shells, plants, and flowers to dry as a starting point of the creative proess. She believes epiphanies can appear hidden in the most ordinary moments, textures, colours, and fragrances. Every hand shapes its story.
